Information such as race, gender and ethnicity will not be taken into consideration by Talent Hacks towards a recruitment decision. Applicants reserve the right to refuse to provide information such as race, ethnicity, and gender. Their decision to decline provision will not affect the evaluation of their application. When you apply to a Talent Hacks vacancy and we deem your application to be successful, any collected personal information will be added to your personnel file for the duration of our relationship and deleted according to personnel file regulations. If we deem your application unsuccessful, we may choose to keep your personal information for processing purposes for up to six months after you are notified of your rejection, with the sole purpose of defense against any possible legal claims, including any claim of discrimination during the application process.
