The course ensures participant engagement and retention of information through a blend of educational content and entertainment, also known as edutainment, which makes learning enjoyable. It includes gamified quizzes to make the learning process interactive and competitive, and it emphasizes the repetition of vital content in multiple forms—spoken, written, and illustrated—to cater to different learning styles and reinforce the material.

Participants will have access to the content for 6 months initially. If they wish to extend their access, they can do so for a year or more for an additional fee, ensuring they have ample time to revisit and absorb the material at their own pace.

The impact and success of the training program are measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Chapter quizzes provide a quantifiable measure of individual learning progress. On a qualitative level, individual success is gauged by each participant's ability to overcome their own obstacles, which is identifiable through personalized coaching calls. Furthermore, improvements in team communication serve as another qualitative measure of the program's effectiveness, also discernible through observations made during facilitated coaching calls.

Yes. Anyone can take the course from any device anywhere at any time.

Yes. Our course can be used as part of a larger L&D strategy. We can also incorporate it in one of our Bespoke Academies.

Given the course is ideally used for teams, the ideal number per cohort would be the exact team size that interacts with each other. Other than that, based on our experience, we recommend drawing the line at 50 participants per cohort.

The course spans over a duration of 5 weeks, with the entire course content designed to be completed within 8 to 10 hours. This equates to an expected time commitment of roughly 1.6 to 2 hours per week, allowing participants to easily integrate the course into their busy schedules.

For participants and course facilitators, several feedback mechanisms are in place to ensure a comprehensive understanding and improvement of the learning experience. The course content includes rich feedback tailored to participants' behavioral styles, enhancing personal growth and self-awareness. Additionally, extra feedback is provided through direct interaction with coaches during facilitated coaching calls, allowing for personalized guidance and support. Furthermore, course feedback is encouraged and collected via comments, offering real-time insights and the opportunity for immediate adjustments or clarifications, thus fostering an interactive and responsive learning environment.
