Leadership in action: A program to boost mental agility

We’re excited to announce the launch of our second ‘Leadership In Action’ program for Nestlé Zone Europe next week! It's a customized Academy we're proud to have co-built with the Nestlé L&D team. Once again, we’re taking the program to the inspiring setting of Kalopanayiotis village, Cyprus, for a dynamic Boot Camp designed to elevate leadership skills, foster personal growth, and spark an innovation mindset.

It’s been a blast co-designing this program with some really cool individuals at the L&D division of Nestle. The first program, implemented this past summer, was a huge success and ensured the word spread throughout the levels, resulting in 20 more professionals signing up for this October session almost right away!

What’s in Store for Our Participants

During this immersive program, participants will explore a wide range of leadership essentials. We’re diving into core topics like effective communication, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness, key skills for today’s leaders. Through interactive workshops, group activities, outdoor problem-solving exercises, and lots and lots of group coaching and facilitator feedback, we’ll challenge participants to reflect on their personal leadership styles and develop a deeper understanding of how they can make a meaningful impact in their roles. 

A Journey of Self-Discovery and Growth

This program is more than just a training session. We’ve been running events like these for years. The Boot Camp is a journey. And experience.

We’re providing participants with the opportunity to reflect on their values, strengths, and growth areas. Through guided reflection exercises, they’ll gain a clearer sense of purpose and leave with actionable insights that they can implement back in their teams.

We’re also exploring what it truly means to ‘have an innovation mindset’, after all, the ability to innovate and adapt is more critical than ever. That’s why we’ve integrated cutting-edge technology into our program with ‘Rapid Visual AI’, our AI-driven tool designed to enhance creative thinking and problem-solving. By using Rapid Visual, participants will be able to experience firsthand how AI can support innovative processes, helping them uncover new perspectives and generate fresh ideas.

We’ll also be testing out our ‘in development’ AI tool for self-awareness, The Elephant Algorithm. Hey, it’s not sneaky to plug in some testing during the training, if participants will massively gain from the experience, right? The Elephant Algorithm is an AI-driven self-awareness tool that helps individuals recognize and manage behaviors that have become disruptive. It provides insights and practical steps to turn over-extended strengths into balanced assets.

It’s our playground! Kalopanayiotis village, with its serene natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, is the perfect backdrop for this transformative experience. The village becomes part of the training experience as we incorporate as many locations as possible for the exercises and the reflection sessions. The tranquil environment encourages participants to step away from the ‘noise’, allowing them to focus fully on their personal and professional growth.
